Education on Human Rights Public Association
Education on Human Rights Public Association was established on 2 January 2001. In June, 07, 2004 it was registered by the Ministry of Justice.
Education on Human Rights Public Association has an accurate fact-finding, impartial reporting, free legal advice services as well as promoting the development and implementation of national legislation and international mechanisms in the field of human rights, democracy and good governance. It coordinates professionally and brings together actors from diverse stakeholders groups, including governmental agencies, intergovernmental organizations, NGOs and private businesses, policy makers and opinion influencers, academics, researchers, specialists, grassroots stakeholders, activists and other interested parties. It provides a space for different actors to meet and work together and facilitates the creation and management of the processes to enable individuals and organizations to engage and interact in new and productive ways.

During last three years, EHR has achieved to carry out comprehensive monitoring through preparation alternative (shadow) reports to UN Committees such as Committee against Torture (10/2009. 3rd session) Human Rights Committee (07/2009 .96th session) Committee on Migrant Workers (04/2009.10th session) Universal Periodic Review (02/2009. 4th session). At the same time two alternative reports are already prepared according to 2012 sessions of Committees People Rights with Disabilities and Committee Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
Besides, EHR actively working on promoting newly adopted laws that aimed enhance rule of law, justice and transparency in public administration and protection human rights. At this connection, implementation of newly adopted Law on administrative proceeding law and functioning of administrative courts have been made monitoring and evaluation in order to identify gaps and challenges.
At the same time EHR is one of the active member of civil society working in the field of promoting business-enabling environment through providing legal advice help for small and medium entrepreneurs and analysis and assessment of business related regulations.
