Evoluation and Monitoring Administrative courts

Education on Human Rights Public Association within the framework of project of evaluation and monitoring of administrative courts implementing with the support of the British Embassy in Baku has been carried out a round-table with participation of advocates and practicing lawyers including lawyer experts on 01 October 2011.
Access to administrative courts, implementation reasonable time, including, court jurisdiction matters had been stated such as serious barriers for effective functioning of administrative courts:
Participants noted their recommendations in order to reduce barriers and ensuring more effective functioning of administrative courts, .
The Dr. Sedat Chal from the Ankara University who is expert in the area administrative law has been attended in the round table.
At the same time, teacher of Baku State University Prof.Dr. Ferhad Mehdiyev had a speech on comparative analysis of legislation of Germany and eastern European countries and noted relevant recommendations toward challenges in the implementation of current legislation.
