Reference book has been prepared in the framework of the project of "Forming of the courses and publication of the means concerning to procedure of individual complaints to the UN treaty bodies" which was implemented by organization with financial support of Help Fund of the Open Society Institute.
Giving of complaints and looking at them according to International Treaties about Human Rights, example of the complaint about tortures and mechanisms of private complaint in the Committee of Human Rights and in the Committee against tortures, procedure on international convention about liquidation of the discrimination against women, procedure on international convention about defense of the rights of all toiler migrants and their family members, international documents, as an example information of the committee has been reflected in this book.
